Manifesto
What We Stand For.
We believe public conversation matters. Here is ours.
“We believe public conversation matters. We believe disagreement is healthy. We believe ordinary people deserve public influence.”
Public Participation
Everyone deserves a voice — regardless of income, caste, gender, region, or political affiliation. Democracy does not stop at the ballot box. It continues every day, in every conversation, in every demand citizens make of their institutions.
Open Debate
Strong disagreement is welcome. Personal attacks are not. We can argue fiercely about policy without attacking the person. The health of our democracy depends on our ability to hold opposing views and still build something together.
Evidence First
Opinions are valuable. Facts make them stronger. We encourage members to cite sources, share data, and acknowledge when they are wrong. Misinformation weakens the public conversation. Evidence strengthens it.
Accountability
Questions deserve answers. Those in public office, public institutions, and positions of public trust must answer to the public. We exist to organise those questions — and make sure they are heard.
Solutions Over Noise
Complaints without direction change nothing. Every discussion on this platform should move — however slowly — toward a proposed solution, a petition, a vote, or an action. We are here to build, not just to vent.
We reject abuse.
We encourage participation.
We value ideas over personalities.
We build discussion into action.
