By creating an account or using Chai Janta Party ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Chai Janta Party is an independent civic discussion platform for Indian citizens. It is not an electoral political party. The Platform enables users to discuss public issues, vote on proposals, and sign petitions. It is not affiliated with any government, political party, or commercial enterprise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to verify identity and remove accounts that misrepresent their identity.

4. User Conduct

You agree to abide by our Community Rules at all times. You are solely responsible for all content you post. You must not use the Platform for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, or to spread deliberately false information. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on the Platform, you grant Chai Janta Party a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and archive your content as part of the Platform's public record. You may request deletion of your account and content at any time.

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Community Rules. Moderation decisions can be appealed to the Community Council. We aim for consistency and transparency in moderation, but the final decision rests with the Platform.

7. Disclaimer

Views expressed on the Platform are those of individual users. Chai Janta Party does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the Platform.
